Just got Mass Effect for the PC. On my first playthrough, and I just got to the Citadel after the Eden Prime mission. I am walking in the Presidium toward the Citidel Tower, and when I look at the Mass Relay monument, the game crashes, and I get a window:Rendering thread exception:
